We want you to be completely satisfied with your BHBD purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you may return them within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your BHBD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include a printout of your return authorization.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
